Mr. Garcia is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner who honorably served within the largest police department in the Southeastern United States for nearly 20 years as a full time law enforcement officer. His final seven years in investigative work was dedicated to conducting and managing digital forensic examinations of computers, cellular telephones and other electronic devices.
