We seem to be going back and forth on the indenting structure. I think we should follow the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style_%28headings%29 Wikipedia style guidelines for headings] (for lack of a counterexample). That calls for top level headings on each page to use the two equals signs, not one. This is to avoid confusion with the page title. What do you think?
